Yep, check your speedo cable. Thats all it could be. Lights must be something else too, shouldn't have been affected by your harness swap. For the tach, you probably know, but just change the board out of a turbo one into your tach. Works fine then. Mine does.

Hey Ken, I had the same problem once, forgot to wind the window up. I just hooked the battery back up, turned the key and wound it up. Nothing fried!!! The batt was still grounded on the smaller wire, and the window motor is on the body harness, not the motor harness. Craig.

My plug wires are MSD. They are for the 7mge, the NA ones are longer. I had to modify the ends to fit in the turbo coilpack, but they work great. I like the top of the engine to be as clean as possible, I did the coilpacks and also moved the throttle cable off the top of the valve covers.

Here's mine. Started out NA, only mods were doug thorley headers and 2.5 inch exhaust. Went turbo with NA electronics, but it sucked... Couldn't get a good tune. It now looks like this. Same NA block/head as before. Full turbo electronics.
