Custom 3" exhaust

Hey Roy,

Here's what I did.

Got a 10ft length of 3in pipe from local muffler shop, then hit ebay for a 3in mandrel bend piece. Just search mandrel bend and you will see the piece I got. Cut the 180deg piece in the middle of the bend and flip it over so it makes an "S" shape, take the 45 deg piece and cut it to 15deg, weld it on one end of your "S" piece.

This is the same as the stock setup, and will work if you want the muffler to come straight out. If you want the ricer look, with an angled exit you could go with less bends. The way I did it gives better ground clearance as the pipe sits up in the indent next to the diff, just like the stocker.

My total cost was less than $140. The muffler was half that. The bend was about $25-30 I think.
