Thanks guys, I appreciate it! Parts I can pay for, that's not the problem, I just don't know what parts I need.
I talked to Luis today and I'm going to try to meet up with him tomorrow. I really just need someone else with a fresh mind/eye to look at it. I've done all kinds of tests on...
I was there today lol. Met up with Cory and Justin to get an AFM from the parts car. Too bad it didn't fix my problem :3d_frown:. Even though it didn't completely fix the problem it did make the car somewhat driveable so that is an improvement. Still have an issue that feels like fuel cut so...
I did the first one like a year ago. The others were from way back in High School. I had a couple of other drawings that I would consider some of my best but I can't find them :( ('03 WRX, MKIV Supra, '00 Integra).
I'm going to try to meet up with you or Justin tomorrow and grab it. I REALLY want to make the meet so I'm doing everything I can, hopefully the AFM is actually the problem lol.
....oh the 'your mom' joke possibilities ;)
I could do it for the price of one T4 manifold! Seriously though if it's on the way I could do it. Assuming that I have my car running and am actually going to make it to Centralia.
Glad you guys like them!
Luis -- As soon as you drive out to see it :sarcasm: I'm actually praying that I will have it running tomorrow morning but we'll see how that goes... Once it is running again I can meet up whenever. We just have to figure out when and where.
I got them on after modifying the hubs and rotors. Still have to roll/pull the fenders and work on the adjustable control arms before I can lower it to where I want it to be.
Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics but it's all I have right now :\
Nice work man. I just did that exact thing to the front and rear hub assemblies on my car. Looking forward to more updates, keep the detailed pics coming :)
Ah yeah, forgot to say, I'm on Tien coilovers. I can't lower them too far, not because they hit the inside of the fender, but because they will rub on the spring/adjusting nut/jam nut because the camber is so far off. With a spacer I could probably handle 295s after rolling the fender while...
I have 235/45's on the front and 275/40s on the rear and they fit really well. Like Fletch said, prices start to go up pretty fast once you go bigger. I wouldn't want to go much wider than 255's in the front and 305's in the rear IF I wanted them to be as big as possible.
Damn you guys got quite a bit of work done in that amount of time, very nice! I'm hoping to have my car going by the weekend of the 19th too. Might have to get together and go cruisin.
