Yesterday I bought a blue, 87 turbo that had been drifted into a curb. The rear drivers wheel is sitting at a 90 degree angle to the car. The guy said the engine ran great before he put it into a curb so I bought it to part out, and hang on to the spare engine. Look for a part out thread in the for sale section soon :naughty::naughty:
Today Justin and I replaced the oil, gas, and put some water in the radiator. After about a minutes worth of cranking the gauge started to register some oil pressure. Another minutes worth of cranking with the EFI fuse in made it try an catch. A few more cranks and the engine fired right up. It runs perfect. After it was warmed up, the engine reved to redline, and fell back down to 650 with a perfectly smooth idle.
Pretty good deal for 320 bucks.
Pictures and video to come.
