    Time to get new tires...

Dunlop Direzza Star Spec's are all the rage in the BMW community. They're a fantastic tire for what they cost, keeping up with many higher priced tires in auto-x, while performing great on the street, especially in the rain, but have serious dry grip as well.

My Supra on Google Street View...EPIC WIN

They use a bunch of different cars, but the give-away is the huge camera they have mounted on top:

Question: Where is the computer jack for OBD?

NO! This is absolutely wrong! The ONLY things that will cause Code 52 are the following: 1) Bad wiring (most common) 2) Bad Knock sensor. 3) Bad ECU Code 52 has nothing to do with detonation, running lean, spark knock, bad plugs, etc... It is an ELECTRICAL problem ONLY!

    Rod vs. Valve knock

Negative, Ghostrider. If you do it right, pulling an injector clip is probably the easiest way to tell. You won't have a misfire, that cylinder just won't fire, period. When you first remove a clip, the engine will bog, but then go back up to the RPM you were holding it at. When the knocking...

    Bi-Xenon HID non flipup retro

Fixed headlights on the MKIII don't fit the style, in my opinion. Good choice of projectors, though. You'd be better w/ a set of fx35's in cheap housings. (The TL's won't fit- too big)

    block build

Nick, if you're looking to have someone build the block for ya, look into Heads Up Machine in High Falls (near Stone Ridge). The owner's name is Walt, and he's probably the most proud and meticulous person I've ever met.

    Rod vs. Valve knock

OEM parts had nothing to do with your engine failure. OEM parts are fantastic, and many guys on stock rebuilds make 400+rwhp all day long for years. The flaw was likely in the build or machine work.

no spark no fuel on 7M-GE 4runner swap

Hey man, Set the cams at 12 o'clock, set the crank at 0* before top dead center on the compression stroke in cylinder 1. Put the distributor in according to the TSRM: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=IG&P=17 Start it, let it warm up to operating temp. Jump t1...
