Well there are many versions of a T3 frame / flange turbocharger. The t3 only refers to the foot print of the turbine housing.
There are many other variables:
-Intake size
-Exhaust flange pattern
-Exhaust flange diameter
-Overall turbocharger length
The Switzer / Borgwarner / Airwerx S200 is a little small for what you want to do. Its hotside is a little large.
Go looking for a S300 family if you want to stick with the brand. At 45 lbs / min (S200), you won't make the 500 you're looking for.
That's a custom built Garrett turbocharger with the S sized compressor housing and To4S (Also known as TS04) large shaft turbine wheel. Appears to be a P trim turbine.
It should have the 60? something mm compressor wheel in it from the gt40 family. Easy to rebuild, and will make good power for...
Newb or no newb, I'll be a gentleman and say "uneducated response."
White smoke could be caused by two fluids: Coolant or Oil. In the case of a diesel, 3 fluids - but that's another subject.
The oil could be coming from:
-Damaged or worn piston rings inside the turbocharger
-Oil passing the...

Ok ok:

To pressurize:
A.) Use a syringe filled with oil inserted into the oil feed of the turbo charger bearing housing
B.) Install the oil feed line to the engine. Remove the EFI fuse from the engine to prevent it from running. Crank the engine over to produce oil pressure through the system and...
I know of no warranty that you speak of. I have NOT told you to install the turbo. I said fill with pressurized oil and then check with a dial indicator.
Turns out I asked the wrong question. Heaven forbid that AN EXPERT BE WRONG. Holy shit batman!
The HKS Sport turbo was indeed a bolt on affair. No aftermarket manifold needed. Does any body have any information about the HKS 7mgte turbo kit with short runner cast manifold?
