ok wow im an idiot, didnt see those. thanks. and does anyone know if -4an without a restrictor would be fine on a holset turbo?

If your on a stock 7m oiling system you will not need a restrictor for the holset.
A -4 feed and a -10 drain will be fine, and as Jon said, make sure your PCV system is setup correctly.

i have the stock 7m oiling system but the oil pump is shimmed. the pcv system is set up like stock except new hoses. the intake will be a 4 inch to 3inch reducer then a short 3 inch pipe connecting the reducer to the stock accordian pipe with a lex afm and and 3 inch filter. i will be running a -4 an feed line with a -10 drain facing straight down. will that be good enough? if not what size restrictor would i need?

You'll be choking it with the intake.

Is the turbo ball bearing? IIRC ball bearing turbos are the ones that need restrictors.
Holsets are journal bearing (for the most part) and can withstand up to 65psi of oil pressure I believe. The stock oiling system is "safe" (for the turbo, not safe for mod'd 7M's) because of the 40psi reliefs.

I switched to a thermostat full flow for about a weeks time before rebuilding my engine. Cold idle saw 60-70psi on startup, I'm also wondering about a restrictor.

ok, if im choking it with the stock accordian hose work becasue i still need to use the lex afm and it is 3 inch. i could just fab up a 4 inch pipe then a 4->3 inch adpater to fit the lex afm

I think you should ditch the afm setup altogether... : p

i would but cant afford a maft or something similar right now so the lex and safc will have to do for now. i guess ill just run a restrictor of .065" and see how well that works.
