These are indeed new, but from China.

The center cartridge appears to be rotated. You would need to take the housings off (compressor & turbine) and remove the pins. After removing the pins, you would need to make sure the oil drain / feed is on the bottom.

You'll need to: -Build a new intake -Build a new down pipe -Re-locate your power steering reservoir -Build a drain and feed line That should get you started.
