ok so i picked up a borg warner turbo i knew nothing about for really cheap brand new. After calling borg warner multiple times i was about to get some info. Its a 54 trim turbo with a 1.09 ar hotside and they said it flows 45lbs per minute. I'm going to be going single turbo soon on my 1jz and wanted to know what you guys thought about it and do you think it worth using? I'm shooting for 500-550 whp for now and then i'll definately upgrade it along with alot of other stuff when i go for more power. So yea, what do guys think?

The Switzer / Borgwarner / Airwerx S200 is a little small for what you want to do. Its hotside is a little large.
Go looking for a S300 family if you want to stick with the brand. At 45 lbs / min (S200), you won't make the 500 you're looking for.
