    Remote Starters w/cool down timers

I'd be down. If you don't do it I'll end up having to do it myself. So being the lazy person I am I'll tell you "do it!" :)

    Tire Question

I doubt that Discount Tire would be able to tell you if something could fit. They would be able to tell you what is suppose to be on there. Like Sport said, 275's on 9.5" rims fit easily. I would guess 295's on a 10.5" rim would fit, the only tricky part is the offset.

    Very Agressive wheel quesions.

I like that offset but I would go with 18 x 10.5 +41 in the rear

    Greddy Type R BOV anyone?

So I rigged mine up temporarily until I can finish building my hard pipes. But I'm not sure how to hook it up. There are 2 nipples on it, one (the upper) obviously for the vacuum but I don't know what the other is for, a pressure inlet? I dunno, all I do know is that it's not working...

Sawblade lugs + MKIV rims FTL

I torqued them on with a manual torque wrench. Maybe they were stressed before? I dunno. Both my rear wheels managed to get loose. Where as my fronts have the correct lug nuts and are fine. All put on and torqued at the same time with the same wrench to the same lb-ft.

Sawblade lugs + MKIV rims FTL

Wasn't sure what caused this but it's gotta be the lug nuts. The OD of the nut doesn't fit the ID on the rim. Guess I'll change the hub and get new lug nuts now...

    Turbo loose, lockwashers?

a big leak would cause quite a bit of power loss. as for lockwashers, just torque it to the proper specs and that should be it. lockwashers aren't going to do anything after they get heated up. EDIT: doh, I hate being the second guy :( haha

    Bad pilot bearing?

That's what I was wondering, if that's the location of the sound I would check that first. After that I would check MAYBE the carrier bearing then check the wheel bearings.

    Aftermath of Intercooler install :(

I had a thread about my "turbo death whine." I would definately check all your piping for some boost leak. I found mine was actually my powersteering pump. I know that sounds odd, but it really only seemed to make the sound when I was under boost, who knew.... Good luck

Can a 90 steering wheel be wired up for cruise control on an 88

I've kinda been wondering this too. I started to try and figure it out myself but then I got on to other things and stopped caring. I suppose it keeps me from honking at people that piss me off though :D

my 88 turbo targa 5spd buildup for drift

got a vacuum leak somewhere? I know my car won't like to idle if I got a hose off and it dies when you are running high rpms then let off the throttle. I don't doubt that you've already looked into this, but just though I should bring it up just incase. Good luck, will like to see the...

    Possible Turbo Death Whine

Thanks again for the tips guys, saved me from swapping a turbo just to find out I had the same sound. Anyway, I think I've narrowed it down to the power steering pump. It didn't seem to be making the sound unless it was under load, but if I stuck my head under the hood and revved it that way I...
