I just bought a steering wheel out of a 90 for my 88. Has anyone ever wired up cruise control for a pre 89 with a 90+ steering wheel?

do you have the cruise control stalk as well..?
i have a similar idea, but it involves an 89 steering wheel without the buttons (JDM only, i believe), and wiring up a 90+ stalk to control it....

I've kinda been wondering this too. I started to try and figure it out myself but then I got on to other things and stopped caring. I suppose it keeps me from honking at people that piss me off though 
Yeah I have everything stock there. I know an 89 steering wheel works but I was stupid and bought a steering wheel out of a 90 without thinking enough about it. I'm sure there's a way, at least there better be or i'm going to be pissed. $60 bucks down the drain
