Ok I searched and had little luck finding what i wanted. Just a question does the w58 and r154 use the same starter or are they different. My friend needs a car and I found a N/A with a recently rebuilt motor, but the guy has no starter for it (i believe he sold it or it was bad). My GTE blew on me and i am saving money for either a rebuild or 1j. I think you get the point by now, will the GTE starter bolt up and work with a GE trans?
