my friends greddy BOV leaks at an idle... and the 20g is typically an internal wastegate turbo. just look for a gold thing on the turbo with an "arm" going to the otherside... and how old is that hose on the 3000 pipe to TB?

as long as the bov is tight and NOT leaking, your fine as all of the air the bov releases is metered air and wont do a thing. check your fuel injector o-rings, as those get hard as a rock with age and if there cracked they can leak pretty good. how many miles are on your engine? rebuild or no?

no no no... you dont realize that theres TWO kinds of divorced downpipes do you? get a recirculated one. i bought this one from a guy on ebay... best $150 i ever spent!

and why bother with just a regular downpipe... get a divorced down pipe, then you can either vent it or recirculate it.

theres PLENTY of people here who have used a "spray shop" such as maaco... i think even borhor used maaco. and the fact that you actually opted for the GOOD package would just piss me off even more... and about the weatherstripping, i believe it, its not painted for a reason! work things...

with any big IC like that... you can almost count on a somewhat custom install. but it looks like it went together pretty good! and you found a keeper for damn sure! haha
