What coolant pipes are you trying to block off?

I think you need to redo your math. One 3" pipe and one 1 or 1.5" pipe does not = One 4" pipe.

Well, My car gets into boost long before 15 sec. are up. You still did not answer if the car made full boost before and after the dyno session. I am not sure what to tell you. Since the pull is taking 15 sec's I think the amount of load applied would be more than enough to spool our tiny...

I would think it should be about 15-25 sec. (I am guessing) since that is about how long the car would be in 4th gear doing the same pull on the street.

so you drove the car before and after the dyno and were hitting 12-13 before and after but not on the dyno? I would think that for sure in 5th gear the car should easily be able to make 12-13 psi, hell if I put my car in fifth gear it and floor it at 1500 rpm on the street it is at 10-12 lbs...

Well since an accordian leak makes the car run "lean" and a boost leak makes it run "rich" when both are put together I suppose it COULD make each situation seem better than it is depending on the ratio of pirate air to boost leak air(IE - the car has better driveability then with just a boost...

Sorry, the car is in storage right now so I can't check it, but the stock cooler lines are what approximate line size -6/-8? I know the cooler is small in terms of area, but I never really looked at if it could flow the oil necessary or not.
