    a2w setup

I think with a good volume heat exchanger, it will be more efficient than most of you expect... IMHO with a good heat exchanger it will be far more efficient than a FMIC. edit: in regaurds to gotsomegetsome's setup

A couple HighHP MKIII's playing around...

It's a 2JZGE head Jay, this is my old car. It made 677 at 27PSI. There is a lot left in this car. That 677 was made through a .68 hotside, and a full 3" exhaust. I can't wait to see what it does with a larger hotside and more boost :naughty:. I hope Matt doesn't mind me chiming in on...

He needs to brake boost! He'll spin at first but it will easily make up 3+ car lengths with instant full boost.

    Losing boost at 6400rpm. Help!

what you need to do is turn the key on, but don't run the engine.. then use an air compressor, and an an aircomressor pressure reglator, and hook it up the the barb on the Stinger (map sensor). hook up your laptop then make a log/watch the stinger's boost level, as you add pressure...

    S.S. Intercooler piping?

I'd just use regular steel.. SS is very sensative to high heat, it will warp and burn through a lot more than regular steel. With CO2 in addition to the fluxcore, the arc will be much hotter, making the burn through even worse... but your dad's right, the CO2 will clean up the fluxcore welds a...

    S.S. Intercooler piping?

You can use SS for IC piping, IMHO AL is better. As far as the welding goes.. I thought that CO2 was mainly used in conjuction with fluxcore.. if thats the case. you can use it to weld, but the welds will rust and not look that great. You could paint them, but why use SS in the first place if...

    Losing boost at 6400rpm. Help!

Yea, at this point I really don't know what else to point the blame at.. just a re-fresher.. I know you swapped out WG springs, did you swap out the WG itself? Have you pressure tested the IC system yet?

    Losing boost at 6400rpm. Help!

I never had any issues like this with the stinger/logger, I even pressure tested my MAP sensor with my air compressor, read fine up to 40+ PSI. Fuel and ignition maps only let you go up to 29.1psi tho :(. Yes it has a built in map sensor Nah, it uses the built in map sensor, there is no...
