Windshield shops have a black soft rubber trim they can put in, try asking them about it.
Also does the horn button create a bulge under the pad? I ask because mine currently has no button but I seen a few pics and the button makes a bulge.

I'm looking for a few more places. There is SOOOO little aftermarket support or activity on forums for troopers. Especially the earlier second gens like mine, the newer second gens get more attention.
Get a a wideband that logs, use the log to see your ratios. Use the ratios to to tune, with the piggyback, like the safc. The good thing is that the zt-2 logs, as does the lc-1 and a few others out there
I'm not sure what to refer to them as but there are the reversible F clamps. You can put two between the bell and block and you and a friend can crank them open at the same time. If you don't have a friend, not saying you don't have friends :icon_razz just maybe none available, crank each about...
I always preferred ABS but my supra didn't come with it so oh well.

From dampener to back of the block is about 29 1/4"
R154 with JZ bellhousing I measured about 30" - from slip yoke to BH mounting surface.
