You wont need anything too special. Get yourself a nice 6-puck (ceramic/metalic). Should work well for you.

A stock disc with a stronger pp might be better depending on what you plan to do in the future, near or far.

damn you need to get your priorities straight, make the damn thing reliable before you try to make it fast, or you'll keep running into problems.
I second the notion of a stock disc with an upgraded pressure plate.
Now, if you plan on going somewhat big in the power department and have the cash, the ACT XTSS is a nice choice. It's a full disc so you won't get the chatter of a puck clutch.

I'll go the opposite: stock pressure plate with an upgraded disk. No need to put any additional strain on the thrust washers when a feramic disk/stock pp is good for 450rwhp... Raptor Racing sells a nice package -- check vendor forum
