welcome! jumping in new to supras and taking on two at once is a task lol. As far as swapping everyting out, it depends on how mechanically inclined you are, being it's your first time it might take you a bit longer. The last one I pulled with a buddy took us 45 min. Post pics when you can!

I am just about done with my new turbo setup, I'm using a fresh hy-35 (smaller exhaust housing) mainly because I love the instant boost. I would not use the stock internal wastegate though, as you will likely have problems with over boost, I welded mine shut and am running a HKS 40mm.

When I did my FFIM I never had a problem after removing all A/C components. Code 51 can also be a TPS problem, what TPS are you using on the FFIM and is it calibrated correctly?

Where are you pulling the vacuum source from? It needs to be directly off the manifold. Also, what size line are you using?

My intercooler piping, silicone couplers, intercooler, and radiator are from CXracing. They have held up for the last two years with no problems at all, shipping was fairly quick, and customer service was good.

correct. Ive got one of these too. I've helped a few people with them before, one situation they had the white wire wired so the rev2 signal was always active... I had the same problem as you did though, the only diagram I found for the 7m had them backwards also.

where is your second rev wire installed? Also, you dont have any of the looped wires cut do you?

Heres my most recent, needs to be cleaned up a bit. The amp still needs to bee hidden, same with the capacitor. The bottle is new and is being fully installed this weekend along with the new turbo setup. Car won't be out till spring so I've got some time, but you get the idea.

Prob not what you want to hear but I wouldn't use that clutch, It will not last long. Also, anytime you put a new clutch on you should always get the flywheel resurfaced.
