If the rad cap is good and its hissing which is shouldn't do it's either the rad cap is bad or the car is overheating and your gauge is not reading correctly.
You said it was overheating before, I doubt changing the turbo would fix an overheating problem.
I bet you still have the problem but...
Glad to hear you got your supra going...didn't figure you would have it on the road that quick.
Have you only had to add coolant twice since you put the new turbo on?
Is it pulling coolant from the over flow?
You will need to pull the engine...but like NewWestSupras said do some research....if you aren't ready to do it yourself then find someone you trust to help you or do it for you.

few more bucks then what I said but close enough.
They aren't in the car yet but I have heard good things on here about them, putting my engine together they are going in now...they say they are the same as the RC's and Lucas Injectors which are both good very good.
I looked for a long time and tried to track them down with no luck....I finally just bought some PTE Injectors from Ebay for around 350 bucks.

I have some bad wires going to mine and I have to mess with them now and then when my car will not start. I think its in the harness though and not the CPS its self.

Its my understanding that with your setup you will want to follow the TSRM guidelines.
