You can't tune safely without a Wideband...don't even try....it will end badly!

The dates has been changed to just the 2nd of November, no longer a 2 day event.

The CPS could be off a tooth but if you aligned everything up right then you would already know this and would have fixed it. There is not way the timing could be off this much unless things are not aligned right.

No. The intake is off to the side and not in the way.

Have fuel cut at 11 PSI is normal. That is where I hit FC as well with basically the same things you have. I don't see anything wrong here.

Option 1 is the only one that would work for me...that's if I have a car that is running still. I might just wait to put my new engine in if it doesn't look like I will have it done by then so I can make this.
