If you have a wide band and know what your doing then I don't see why not but I'm guessing you don't know what you doing or you wouldn't be asking this question so its probably better to leave up to someone that knows what they are doing.
The plug on the below picture is leaking after my rebuild, the engine shop seems to have taken it out and did not reseal it, I didn't realize this until I got the engine back in the car :icon_evil :1zhelp:

I was one of the people that helped him put this engine. Here are few things I know about this.
1. The Cam gears were set correctly as we checked these a few times once we realized we could not get the timing right.
2. Setting it at 7 BDC was as close as we could get. If we moved the CPS one...
I'm no expert but the short of it is.
The ECU will attempt to tune its self from 0-70% throttle (Closed Loop), You can verify what the ECU is trying to do by monitoring the VF.
So anything above 70% throttle is (Open Loop) and you will want to tune that by monitoring the Air Fuel.
Something doesn't seem right here, my car stock other then 3" DP and exhaust all the way back on 11 PSI made 269 HP and the same torque. Thats with stock AFM and no tuning. I would have thought you would be at 300 at least with the lex and more boost.
As I said in the PM I just sent you I bet this is all caused by you AFC wiring, it being taped up and then pulling the hardness through the firewall hole I bet knocked it loose.
