yes, battery has to be relocated. no, fuse box does not, but you do have to change the way it sits. for my car (building my own ffi, but same idea), i turned the fusebox so it sits against the fender, and then i made a custom bracket to mount it.

thats why i like the Ultima. comes gelcoated from the factory, with body aligned, so no paint required. most of these "production" kit cars are crash tested, or built around racecar roll cages, so you'd be fairly safe. the body would be hooped though

ive hit 240kph on my nearly stock car (only intake and catback). doubt a modified car would have too much trouble gearing out (IIRC stock gearing and stock rev limit makes the gear limited speed ~174mph)
