Pics of ISC from the inside (going into manifold)?

Well that is the ISC itself. Looks polished. The small tube is for the cooler, comes from the TB. The bigger lines is the air intake line that comes across from the intake pipe.

Pics of ISC from the inside (going into manifold)?

I can not go to photobucket so I can not comment (if you attacht he picture here, then I can see it). But the ISC is part of the motor for a good reason. Idle Control. If anything (and guessing here as I am "blind") the part in question is the circular part with a rubber side to it? That is a...

    Any Info on User "Spaniard"?

It is not that. I do not know the gent nor did I do a business transaction with him. But communication, even if just to say, "hey I had life issues right now but as soon as I send the stuff out, I will let you know" will be fine. Yes I know that this is not his regular business but how you...

Lexan, It can be done but has to be thin. That is how most shells of RC cars are. Thin Polycarbonate sheets vacuum molded.

funny how that stock temp gauge works! From about 190 to about 210 that needle will NOT move. AT ALL. Pass 210 and then it starts to climb. Only way to TRUELY tell is to install an aftermarket temp gauge there.

    JDM motor

Ok unlike Borhor and 92nsx I am going to pose the question in a different light. What exactly makes the emission controls items "crap". And no I don't mean an " I Think", " I feel" etc. I mean from a cold hard science or math facts?

    Clutch Questions

Haven't been here long? :) ask Dr Jonez and myself about them. I know I have nothing but scathing, not so nice comments and will never ever, ever recommend them. If they become the last clutch company. Over to Auto tranny.

less boost on the lex afm??

I swear, either stupidity is branching out or people prefer to stay ignorant. Injectors don't Flow for HP they Flow for CC/min. Fact of the matter is if they are 440cc/min injectors. There is no doubt that at around 12 psi they are running 100% STATIC OPEN. This is not debateable...

    Finally lost my engine undercover...

this should be "easy" enough to make a mold for either Fiberglass or whatever type of composite you want. Add bigger washers on the OEM one to prevent it from cracking to bad.

less boost on the lex afm??

stock injectors and lex? Somehow I doubt it is fuel cut. More like detonation! Seriously, who gave you the stupid, idiotic idea to even attempt to do that?? You will be lucky if that motor is still good at this point considering that you are exactly about 20% lean throughout...

    Turbo Size psi/volume

huh? MASS of air is only PART of the overall equation. DENSITY which is related to Temprature is also needed.

    Apex'i AVCR Question

What happens when you turn the AVCR completely off (ie stock value)? You should not boost more than stock. If you do. You have line connection issues.
