the fuel filter, unless someone put sand in your fuel tank, would not be an issue.
Replace fuel pump.
Instead of "FEELING" get hard numbers to go by. Feeling things can be real tricky.
Wait.
The signal should be bouncing not steady state. even on a wideband especially when feeding it back to the TCCS. Remember what we say about the narrow band gauge being a light show. It is but it also tells us something, the "lightshow" is the computer doing its adjustment to the AFR...
It depends
if you consider air that the turbo is producing trying to come back out the turbo via the way it came in, good. Then No.
If you run your turbo with no BOV and think that is good. Then no.
Otherwise. Yes, it is not good.
RC or Precision Turbo are both Delphi Multec injectors. Hence the need for a new terminal.
You could always buy the ends and crimp them yourself that way you avoid the soldering gun on nickle plated wires which do not take solder to well ;)
How are you measuring O2?
If you switched back to OEM and still having the same problem. Well, you are looking at a faulty sensor. ;) I would focus on the O2 sensor.
With ALS, the turbo becomes a throw away part along with most of the exhaust system. The manifold will probably be the first to go followed by the turbo.
Thats definetly not a 2 step. Yes I know, it says two step.
A two step is exactly two steps, step 1 Cut fuel at set RPM and then, step two, cut igntion at setRPM+NRPM. A two step RPM limit. ;)
Anti-lag system does exactly what this "two step" does. This is a misnomer. There is a reason...
Jonathon
did you check the ENTIRE EGR system.
You said you checked the valve but the EGR valve gathers it exhaust gas from the #6 exhaust port and routes it through the back of the head. You will need to clean that out also.
Carb or water as JetJock mentioned. You might have higher than...
Ok
so that might be the culprit of your two head gasket issues. (detonation at low load/cruising).
Now on to the other side.
Triple check all hoses to make sure they are ON?
The intake, might want to take it off and put it on a straight edge.
well here is the issue with a blown motor.
How did it "blow"?
Did it do any damage to the engine block itself?
For you to verify that the block is A-OK require some expensive testing (magnaflux, ultrasound check etc). A working motor, well if it is working and not smoking like it is...
well
If the wire is not broke and everything is still connected. The ECU barking that the knock sensor is faulty is usually pretty spot on. And since one failed, minus well replace both.
umm.....
Hi. Can you by chance use a whatever dialect you typed to English translator to ask the question in a language (English and some of us understand Spanish) we can understand?
I tried to run it through my drunk to English translator but only gibberish came out.
let see
last person that I saw had one... was Lam. And his was just their.
I think ONE other person did it but they had to re-engineer the entire fuel system in the back to get to work, at the end of the day. It did not gain performance. Added more weight to the already Morbidly Obese, Supra...
