Im 95% sure its not leaking. I tried changing the gasket on it, no luck. I need to test it by the TSRM procedure though. I only did the propane torch test.
I am running a cooleeze downpipe right now.
Also, that screw on the top of the throttle body is closed from the factory. I believe...
So the o2 Sensor was your problem? It stays steady around 14.8 at idle/cruise with no SAFC2 corrections?
Also, do you have VSV on your engine?
I threw a code 21 today. Thing I noticed is if I disconnect my o2 sensor it doesnt change the AF ratio at all.
Yeah Im still not having any luck with this either. Wierd thing is today it ran REALLY rich instead of lean at idle..Then it eventually went back to lean. Go figure?
I checked SAFC2 seems to be wired correctly and works how it should. I also adjusted my Dashpot so it doesnt stall after I rev...
I damn well hope so! Did it run any better at all after you timed it?
I have checked for vacuum leaks.. replaced my TB and ISCV gaskets. Had my base fuel pressure at about 40psi(vac off) also.. Tried different AFM electronics and so on. None of that helped.
As far as a leaky CPS, I just...
Im having pretty much the exact same problem right now with the crappy idle.. The popping.. Going lean and dying on me. :aigo:
Im going to check my timing tommorow to make sure its 10*
Hopefully this thread will help me out.
Dont care for the big tach or speedo, but thats me. Are you actually using those gauges? Or buying some nice ones?
I think it will pretty cool when its wrapped in black leather.
This is the muffler I got from raptor racing for a good price with a hanger already welded on. I wanted to go to a nice oval muffler and this is beautiful! Cant wait to get it on. :naughty:
Good kills man.
I raced an Audi TT also after slaughtering a 92 BMW 850i Widebody. I walked him hard after I gave him a couple lengths head start. But I have alot of mods and was running 15psi at the time :evil2:
Great kills, tho that porsche is damn sexy.. I'll give it that.
And good job with getting in Import Tuner and representing the MK3. My friend showed me that magazing and it was a MUST BUY.
Amazing car you have!
I searched a few different terms but was unable to find any threads about a gasket. None of my local part stores have these listed. Can these still be had from toyota? Anyone have a part number?
I looked on the electronic parts catalog but couldnt find it.
Thanks
