Is that because your A/C pump is laying on the floor in your garage or did it not work well before you removed the "unknown pump"...You could have gotten your A/C system charged and it probably would have worked just fine.
I think I found the problem:
Checked the resistance of the wires on the CPS, one was 236k ohms one was 230k ohms and one was like 400 something k ohms...Dead cps.
Is there a way to clean/replace just the wires to have them work better or do I just need to find a good one?
Seeing as how there isn't a turbo Supra in a 60 mile radius (probably) I get all of my help and info on here, I know some of you guys have some advice for me. Please take a few minutes to read my problems and share what you know  My friend is coming over tonight, he works at a family-owned...
I did a complete rebuild. I know the CPS is installed right, I set the timing to 10* BTDC with it like four weeks ago when I was able to start it, then I had the TPS issue and I bought a new one, adjusted it to TSRM and somewhere in there it stopped starting. Like I said, I'd rather not rip up...
What is the first thing to look at when you are not getting spark at the plugs? I'm using the stock ground wire to the head, I may move that to the chassis ground off of the battery, the connectors look fine, I haven't traced the wires back but I don't see them being a problem. When I pulled...
I wouldn't go over 18psi on pump gas. Set the FP per TSRM, sorry my work blocks cygnus so I don't have the number right now. I want to say 34psi or around there but look it up first.
I can't set the timing back to 10* BTDC because it won't start. I checked base timing and it's spot on. Crank at 0 and cam gears both at 12 o' clock. It has to be something with not getting power to the coilpack, the the IGt signal isn't getting sent or something.
2JZGE uses the R154, or am I wrong? I'd say do it. If I had looked up more information on it before I did my 7M build in January I would have jumped all over it, 2J has a lot more aftermarket support.
edit: You may need the 1JZ bellhousing to mate the trans to it
All perfect, none were blown and I had replacements on hand just incase.
Could a bad CPS or it's wiring have this effect? I read that if the tach needle doesn't jump when you are cranking it is the CPS? True? False?
How do you check for power to the coilpack from the ECU? Inline spark checker didn't flash once, no power to the spark plugs from either coilpack. Could the ignitor be at fault? I purchased it from someone on the forums. Does the ignitor have to be ground a certain way? I thought I read...

My guess is old old old coolant that hasn't been flushed in a while. "Radiator stop leak" coins that you drop in the cooling system turn muddy after a while. Pop your radiator cap or just flush the coolant system and tell us what you see.
I would just use the ones still in the motor, most likely they have a film of oil on them and will not be rusty. Car looks great! For $1,000 I'd definitely pick that up, good luck with your build. You should check out the General Discussions/Build Thread and make your own when you start this up.
Fuel pressure at rail - Check
Spark at spark plugs, I just take a spark plug out and place it near the head still connected to the wire, crank the motor and see if a spark jumps, right?
