how far the stud is in the block has nothing to do with backing out...and thats words from an actual machinist...me
and you do not need to chase threads....a simple air hose with a spray nozzle will remove dirt...but yes it is the right thing to do to ensure good threads.

Does your car burn any oil? See any smoke on start up? Your intake valves could be leaking...your turbo could be leaking oil into the compressor...or you are sucking mad amounts of oil from your case ventilation...
You are new to supras in general and it's very obvious and you already talk of doing a rhd conversion...
You your self can't rebuild a turbo...send it to driftmotion to be rebuilt.
If you want one then you are gonna have to
Import one at a huge cost and it won't be street legal...or buy one from Canada that you can tow for less of a huge cost and the cut it appart and swap parts over...

with all due respect this is very basic stuff...
Either the master is shot, the slave piston is over traveling and letting air in, the line is leaking....start looking for fluid leaks in the bell houseing and on the firewall inside the car...
im sure the compressor wheel needs to be machined to fit the housing...which also means the turbo is gonna need balanced....which also means its gotta be stripped and im sure the bearings replaced...which means that if you arent a person that has the equipment to build a turbo then no you cant...
not true...not true at all....many people have tried to make power on a 7mge but the head doesnt flow well enough to get high power...yes im a mk2 it will be wicked but still slow in terms of whats considered slow on this forum.
the 7m is a motor that needs some sort of forced induction such...
if you have another car then id park the supra.
ps. life is going to be very expensive for you if you keep haveing to take the car to a mechanic. you should try to learn to do this stuff by yourself as you will be working on these cars often.

you are supposed to break in a clutch for 500 around town miles before getting on it. you also need to keep adjusting the clutch pedal untill the clutch finds its home in the flywheel and pp...adjust your pedal and see what happens
