The said turbo we are talking about was designed for an 11ltr motor not a 6.5ltr cummins turbo diesel from a humvee...

Diesel motors are very high compression high volume motors...that turbo is ment to feed a motor 4x the size of your motor...a diesel flows much more air threw that turbo than your motor could...if it did "work" then I imagine you not seeing positive boost till about 7000rpm with the help of...

2500???? Please...majority of diesels can hit 4000rpm....atleast today engines can....but they also have huge strokes combined with force feeding...they move massive amounts of air! Anyway I think this is a bad idea and you should get your ct-26 rebuilt...the classifieds always have a used...

when the temp outside gets to about 50 deg all this smoke nonsense will go away.....or if you drive your car around for an hour or so then youll notice it doesnt smoke cause its finally gotten the exhaust system and engine hot....but if you sit and idle for an extended period it will start...

honda preludes can take a serious beating...especially the second gen....any toyota with a 22r/re engine seem to last forever even when you beat the piss out of it. i generally dont keep cars too long but any honda car with a 4cylinder or toyota 4cylinders tend to be built for daily abuse.
