    Rod knock?

Only do that if you know for sure you will boost it! It's a very expensive process to turbo an na car...the ge compression can handle a good bit of boost just not as much as a gte...gte generally makes it to ruffly 500hp on pump gas while the ge about 350hp...350hp makes a very fun supra.

    For those using a w58

majority of the people i know these days stay away from centerforce...they tend to have a rep for breaking.... as far as the clutch price goes...you are gonna get what you pay for....i dont know if you ever did a clutch change in your supra but it isnt "fun"...took me 11 hours of non stop...

yeah but either way....my na's body is ruff also but not as ruff as this turbo car....and all the parts i bought for the na will have to come out anyway if i do a turbo swap cause i dont want to run a w58 trans and my single piece driveshaft wont work with a r154

i had to tell my machinist to not touch my head....he did a real bad job on my block deck...he decked my block and left it with a 120ra which looks like he cut it with a damn chainsaw...sooo after some major lapping i got it mostly done but im gonna lap it some more. oh and the block i was...

If you removed the intake recently you probably spilled some down there...if not then your coolant plugs "big fucking Allen head plugs" are leaking..

    E-Brake Malfunction

Something I learned over the years is never use a parking brake in freezing weather. Especially a drum brake which ours are! It probably froze and when you drove it broke something.

    new clutch issues

Sounds to me that they didn't install the washers and snap rings correctly causing the throwout assembly to have play...a snap ring could be broke and be stuck inside the clutch... Honestly there is no possible way to tell what the problem is until you drop the trans....that's the sad part...

    Bottom end check/refresh

you cannot access the squirters without dropping the oilpan (removal of pan and probably oil pump is all thats needed aslong as you have socket extensions and a pivot head. 5mm of "washers" will work perfect! that will bump up your oil pressure a bit before the bypass valve opens.... you...

    exhaust.

on the turbo supra its a complete waist of time to go with a bigger exhaust with still keeping the stock downpipe....its so effing restrictive that youll see very little if any gain from going with a bigger exhaust! right now i think its safe to say that BIC makes the best ct-26 downpipes...

Best Bang For My Buck Spark Plugs

Ngk coppers seem to be the plug of choice...they don't last forever but they fire nice. I don't know what heat range though. They are also very cheap!

    CT26 rebuild

They subcontract them out to a local turbo shop...which I read somewhere in here from arron. Pretty sure all you need is tooling, milling machine, lathe, and a balancer....mill would be about $4000 give or take, lathe about $5000, balancer I can't even guess, and about $2000 worth of tooling...

well damn everyone else has one....goal=keep it running!

The trans is perfect! I have mt-90 in it now and it's working fine...tubbie sold me this trans for $200 shipped and it works great I can't complain! I may go r154 but I don't know...I'm thinking of buying another supra so everything is in the air.

    CT26 rebuild

they are a 20 year old design...and we are trying to get modern performance from them...shit breaks when pushed over it's design limits... If you want to rebuild then just send it to driftmotion along with $500 or so and you'll get a like new upgraded ct26 57 trim if you like.
