Go look on ebay for a Toyota (or scion, maybe even lexus too) double din head unit. Almost all 87+ head units use the same wiring harness.

The 1JZ one is in the intake manifold, not the air box. It needs to be to account for heating/cooling of the turbo and IC.
2JZ IAT sensors are the same as 1JZ sensors. I think they're like $40 new from the dealership.
top three are for a MAP sensor. I'm not sure of the bottom three.

JDM 2JZ injectors are 440cc, and are drop-in, yes. USDM 2JZ injectors are 550cc, and drop into the rail, but require some injector resistors, and slight modifications to the connectors. Alternatively, Denso makes drop-in replacements up to 800cc. www.horsepowerfreaks.com sells them.
