    Help choosing I.C.

P.S. You will also need two reducers, not included with the kit, but they can be gotten on ebay as well.

    Help choosing I.C.

My kit was like your linked kit. It took a little work, but wrapping it around went fine. The direct fit is more expensive. If you use your head, and patience, the set your looking at will install fine. It might need a few more clamps, and connectors though, depending on how perfectly you run...

^ I've done every time without a leveler, and it's not that hard. Do wish I had one though.

    Would I regret removing TEMS?

If I could afford coil-overs, that's the setup I would get. They are very expensive though, especially with the EDFC

    Which Spark plug?

I've said it before, I'll say it again. I'm running the Denso iridium's that were in the engine when I got it. (JDM engine). They looked fine when I did the swap, and ran great for about 50,000 miles before the BHG. After the rebuild, I checked the plugs, and after cleaning, and re-gapping them...

    Help choosing I.C.

I got a CX kit off ebay, and it works great. 24X18X4, with 3 inch inlet, and outlet, and 3 inch hard pipes. Had to move my oil cooler, and coolant reservoir, and cut a little of that center brace to fit it, but it's working fantastic. Running stock boost, and I'm getting 7 PSI on my autometer gauge.

how bad is my screwup? now with a pict

That's a compression fitting, and you are damn lucky it's holding at all. I've seen a compression fitting blow off multiple times, when used on power steering pressure lines. A double flare union is the only way to properly repair any pressure hydraulic lines on your vehicle. You are living on...

As long as the seals aren't leaking in your cherry picker, you should be fine.

Starter not turning over, lights dim when key turns

Internal short or sulfation. The battery's junk. Seen it too many times here, as both my stepsons have toasted about 8 batteries in the past five years.

    Charging low.

Doubt it's the cable, but try checking voltage at the alternator while it's running, to be sure. Most likely the alternator.

Can I run a radiator from an 89-90 Cressida safely in my supra?

Better off going with a new radiator anyway, No matter how good a used one looks on the outside, it could be trash on the inside.

Engine shuts off at high boost

If your BOV vents to atmosphere, it can cause these symptoms. It's been posted many times here. Re-install your stock setup, and try it. If it's fixed, then leave it, or install the HKS SSQV, and the recirc adapter.

    Possibly selling my Supra...

No, a chevy is just a car. If you don't care about your Supra, sell it. You could make just about any car go fast, why waste your time on your "just a car".

    Aftermarket HU Randomly reboots

That wire harness goes behind the dash, so from the radio, behind the dash, and out to the engine bay/fuse box, and down the left kick panel too.

    exhaust manifold smoking?

No, the O-ring on the shaft, inside the head. If it doesn't smell like oil, maybe it's coolant, or rust penetrant, like Weeves said.
