Discounted Shipping rates in the Vendors section!

Will, do you use your UPS account number for these shipments? J/W because many UPS Stores (Surch as my store) do not carry the Ground waybills. Or do you email them a label?

    Bad Turbo?

I had a boost leak on my MAP based system before, motor revved to redline with no power, felt just like N/A. You're going to want to find the leak BMBA, and don't floor it because you could screw the turbo from overworking it (turbine isn't bypassed by the wastegate causing it to "overboost").

    Bad Turbo?

If the shaft spins freely, there is no smoke, and the fins don't appear to be damaged then it's not the turbo. I think you have a boost leak that you overlooked.

1.5jz vs. 2jz: Advantages? Disadvantages? Info please???

I wouldn't run the 2JZ off the 1JZ ECU without tuning.. different injector sizes, motor sizes. It's just not worth it at all IMHO.

AFPR Install on 2JZ fuel rail

I have a 2JZGE, but the FPR is setup the same way (2 bolt flange, and tube with o-ring). All I did was take a 12x1.25 tap to the hole (no need to re-drill) and then I used a -6AN to 12x1.25 adapter. http://www.anplumbing.com/shop/index.php P/N: 991945

    Notorious leaks?

Also, check to see that your PCV system isn't clogged, you want as much vac. on the crankcase as possible to help keep oil seals from blowing out.

Weld the stock flange (the whole piece) on the plenum after the TB. Make sure that the air hose to the ISC is after the AFM but before the TB.

    New Idea for Fuel Lines

I thought about doing it that way P5150, I was actually going to take an additional factory feed line from a parts MKIII and drill out the pump hanger to accomodate a second feed line. That way you could leave the factory return alone. Just an idea.

    New Idea for Fuel Lines

Sounds like my plans. I'm going to feed the surgetank with a single walbro, and do dual -6 an lines to the tapped fuel rail fed by a Bosch 044. Feed for the surge tank, and returns will be the stock lines.
