How tight does the little plastic bushing fit on the shifter? If it's very tight then I could be popping off while shifting.... Get some scotchbrite and polish the end of the shifter till the bushing moves around freely....then remove it again and apply Molly grease and reinstall....

I believe every cometic mls comes with a paper telling you too check too make sure the rivets clear the head and block...if you didn't pay attention too cometics instructions then that's your problem not theirs.

It needs too be cut with the block...take it back and have him do it again. That .005" is going too warp the head when you bolt it down causing the cam saddles too be off...it's also going too cause an oil leak as the heads oil feed is really close too the timing cover....sorry man but it...

Was the rear timing cover decked with the block? How nice of a finish is on the block and head (gasket surface)? Did you retorque your head studs after 3-4 heat cycles?

If oil could flow like water then it would be pretty much the best oil ever! Super high flow pump too keep parts flooded with oil...100x the cooling effect....amazing surface tension...
