There is only one emissions based part you can remove that will not put the safety of your motor at risk unless you go full standalone engine management....the cat!

It's not a hydrolic issue if you notice things only act funny when you rev high....sounds like a pressure plate issue.

Electrical cleaner can be had at any autoparts store like pepboys....it's like $8 a can crc is just a brand....nonchlorinated brake parts cleaner is safe on most plastics also.
