Fuel System possibly?

Ok so here is whats up with my car now lol im not sure if anyone has had this problem be for or if anyone might have any idea's what it could be.

So when i start my car up it is fine drive around town its good but every now and then it starts Jerking around once i have been driving over 20miles sometimes further.

In 2nd gear it is most noticeable, in 3rd cant feel it unless WOT but just cruising you can only feel it in 2nd and if you go WOT it gets bad enough to chirp the tires but once it gets past lets say 4,000-4,500 rpms or you ease into it it will go away until the next time you get in it..

Doesn't seem to be anything like once it gets warm cause my car is at running temp within first mile or 2.

I can let the car sit overnight and take it out and it will be gone for X amount of miles

No it does not seem like boost effects it. Reason i say that is because it does not do it all the time under boost i just went to the store and it was chugging out on me at idle so i kept the rpms up for about 20sec and drove off and no more problems put it under boost in forth and it ran fine.

Does the check engine flash when this happens? Have you checked codes...what codes are you throwing? When did this start? Etc

Started about a week ago and went away started again yesterday.

Check engine light does not come on. Rpms Do not jump around they still climb but kind of hesitate not that noticeable but of course i have my attention to the car jerking back and forth.

I do not know how to check codes...

So i read that fuel system problems could cause knocking ?

Hope this is the case so when i get all this stuff sorted that very quite low end knock goes away

Ok i hope i did this right i put a paper clip in and started the car engine light started blinking and stayed blinking at the same pace fairly quick so i believe i have no errors?

so yea i droped my take it is rusted to hell Fuel pump was cloged with rust the filter was compressed from the pump trying to get fuel through the clogs
