Yup the Getreg 6-speed V160 is the GTE model Transmission, in '95 or '96 Toyota couldn't get the permit to have it and they had a 5-speed in the GTE one of those two years (:

Yup the automatic transmission uses a cooler which goes to the bottom of your radiator. On the manual it is a closed system with no lines going to it. Like the above post, you can just cap those off on the radiator.
