ok so i wake up this morning and my car and shut it off 15 seconds later cuz i remembered i was takin off the turbo elbow

so i get it off and theres two drops of water sittin where the wastegate would be and i look in exhaust side of turbo and i see two drops of water right below the wastgate

im freakin so i turn it back on with the elbow and o2 sensor off and i see every second or two a drop bein sprayed out by the fins.

Condensation from a cold motor heating up....typical behavior that you just haven't noticed till now. Let the car run for 15min and you won't see that water....remeber that h2o is a byproduct of combustion and when the exhaust mani, turbo, and exhaust system are cold from sitting all night they will help condence the water vapor back to a liquid...once everything heats up then the vapor just condences in the outside atmosphere.

Don't worry...be happy!
