Ok you run 10guage wire... you are running pump as hard or its getting old and pulling more amps then when new... you know how wire gets hot ? its going to get hot at the least resistance.. thats going to be the thin wire inside tank.....

honestly... pull the studs... why ? well you will have alluminum shavings coming out when the studds pull threw head...some will mar it... better to pull them...
man o man.... lol well my PS pump took crap about 1000 miles after bought her.. ive put 12,000 + on ... when i rebuilt motor this time i got a used pump from junkyard... yes PS is nice.... but it was no big deal with out... AT ALL...

Did you calibrate the new tps? And yes you need it.. it tells the ecu were the trottle is... everything works together telling the ecu what it needs to do... screw 1 thing up and you can wack the afr out and run lean and next thing you know you got holes in pistons....
