well ... first you can remove the freon... best to take to shop but removing a line or many other ways....
after all the freon is out you need to remove compressor... and drain oil out... holding in upside down ...turn compressor over by hand... most will come out... then remove the line...
They hold 25 oz of R 134 btw...
Got a friend that ows a A/C radiator shop in bussiness sence 1927 I think . 3rd generation... he has a computer program that shows how much for any car in R134.. had my car 1990.. and said 25 oz.. 134 im sure thats total... oil and freon..
what is best and what works best and what hardware you are running... all depends on how to answer right..
in other words.. what works for some wont work for others so well as every machine has diferant hardware.. and software..
if i had to choose from what i have learned over the years...
set it by ear...
trust me not everyone on here uses a light... sometimes just setting it the way it runs best and no spark knock ofcourse...on my timing.. when the 0 and the V marks lined up on cams... my cps the rotor part that turns.. the contact thing that goes by the pick up coil is 1...
Re Blead..... But first make sure all lines are tight and no leaks at all...
Start at the RIGHT REAR then left rear then right front...
When the person pumping brakes is pumping they need to leve pedel up for atleast a few seconds on each pump.. that way it has time to draw fluid back...
Absolutely gorgeous car.. I hope one day our cars..Especially examples like yours fetch the money they deserve on the open market...
How about some more Pics.. and inside shots..
What cam's are you running and what are they degreed @
Keep up the good work
