I have two walbro 340's running at battery voltage (8AWG wire, 40A fuse, 40A relay triggered by AEM EMS). They definitely sing, esp when standing outside the car over the HKS Super Dragger (PT63, 3", no cats). Inside the car I can just barely make them out at idle when over 1/4 tank and they...
Finally a thread that got my attention!
Ale = top fermenting yeast
Lager = bottom fermenting yeast (ie it sinks)
Guinness = puke (sorry). It's watery, fizzy, and flat on taste. I could grab the worst bottle of beer in my cellar, cut it 50% with water and it would still be better than...
There's massive construction on the north part of 275 near I-75.
From KY, I-71 and I-75 combine on the KY side. They split back up at the end of the bridge as you enter Ohio. I'd suggest staying on I-75N and avoid 275 like the plague.
From south IN, I'd suggest I-74 to 275 EAST which will...
Louisville should be I-71 to I-75 through Cincinnati up to I-675N (around exit 43) to US-35E towards Xenia (watch it, US-35 is 55MPH guys!). Turn left at the Factory Rd exit which I think is the first light and turn in to the first parking lot on the left. Precision Autosports is in the back...
Dynojet 248.
Mob explained it well. I have over 10 years of experience with dyno days and while I could have Precision Autosports reserve the entire day and take all payments onsite, I personally need to see serious interest up front to know we are not waisting their time. Gone are the days...
Sorry if there was any confusion. I agree it may not be stated plainly or obvious. Understand like any shop they do need to make money. If there isn't enough prepaid interest in dyno time they will be more interested in working on a customer car and reduce or cancel the time we have reserved...
Those interested in running on the dyno MUST call Precision Autosports to sign up and pay. Registering for the meet does NOT include dyno time. As of 5pm yesterday only one person has signed up to dyno.
Steve N, Dave B, wow....will be great to see you guys again and to see what you've done with the cars. Hopefully you'll actually get to see my red 92T - doubt it's ever been to a meet that either of you have.
Glad to see all of the activity here too. Keep it up guys!
I use active O2 feedback up to 105kpa, but only AFTER tuning the car properly. Helps keep the air temp correction in check when that sensor heat soaks.
I've always heard the Bosch sensors hate leaded fuels while the NTK's go strong for up to 25k miles on leaded.
My '92T springs measured out between 35-37lbs at 65kmiles and in 2001. I switched to Comp Cams 975's around then and haven't had a problem, but then again the odometer is showing just under 71k now.
 My car idles the same everytime.
What are you using for Air Temp Fuel correction and ignition vs air temp? What about ign vs idle speed? Have you properly calibration your idle target vs % table? Are you using throttle based inj correction too (ie full boost comp), hybrid, or...
FYI AEM included a printed sheet with wiring information AND all of the pdf's are on the cd and copied to your HD when installed. As others have said, download v1.19 and upgrade to that immediately. There is a PDF on what steps you will need to perform after flashing the ecu, but basically you...
Good, so someone here actually might know something. ;-)
I was being sarcastic. The blocks were kicked from under the car to the corner of the garage after the motor was pulled. So that was where someone stacked them up and set the battery on when we cleared space to push the car back in and...
