that JT61GT is a bad ass turbo and yes i do need to come out and play.... too much working, getting married, and a new house leaves little time for the supra unfortunately....
if i were to do it all again I would. I love my jt61gt, bolted on great and Jeff (and MDC) are both great to work...
iirc you cannot swap solnoids between different generations. second its relative to your wastegate on a percentage basis. lastly you should not just focus on psi but also what the efficiency island of your turbo is. 25+ psi could be beyond what you need.
no the manifold will not work without some cutting and welding.

My company is a little odd. Depending on your job code depends if you are salaried or hourly and then there are further break downs but it amouts to getting paid once a month, biweekly(what I have), 1st and 15th, or 15th and last working day of the month. It's odd but everyone seems happy with it
you dont want that to be hooked to vaccum.... it should go from the wg (and on my jt61gt at least) i have a 90 degree nipple on the compressor cover that it is hooked to. remember that the wg needs to see postive boost to begin opening or it will remain shut.

i dont think they came with caps. go to autozone and pick up some caps and use worm clamps on them. i did that with my car and my brother's without problem. total cost maybe $2-$3
