you need to remember though that this is a racing game. in real life a dyno queen that makes over 1000rwhp isnt going to be the most trackable (minus drag racing). heck even most of the R series cars dont to 550-600! deal with it
that said as a pretty hardcore Gran Turismo guy Forza 3...
my hks ssqv is plenty loud, i am running slightly higher boost than you (20psi) and a slightly larger turbo (jt61gt) also i dont have a boost leak at my flange. so heres how to make your bov louder....
1. fix the leak
2. turn up the boost (you have an fcd and it looks like the supporting mods)...
wheres the front of your case? nice to see the old school heavy iron (p4) still out there kicking. just upgraded to a q9550 from an e7300 this weekend myself!
you know how to make a small fortune racing?
start with a large fortune.... still thats a crappy weekend racing but better than a weekend at the office i would bet
when you replace it get one of the newer style ones that have threaded holes. helps alot and makes it a 1 person affair.
as far as jacking the engine around, way too much work. a few extensions, a swivel and a good helper is all you need.
in the time it took you to post that i went to the bathroom 3 times.....
in all seriousness i would go for the low one (yes even being 6'1" myself) and do the half squat. if father and son come in more than likely i will be passing them on the way out. i treat the bathroom like a pit stop...
im confused.. what ones are you calling shit? my brothers allows him to have a higher fuel cut and a slight change in timing. the Mine's ecu's floating around are pretty nice too (higher redline, no fc, changes in timing maps, preprogrammed for bigger injectors etc) worth it imho for the mild...
My brother actually has an ecu that has been breathed on by superchips. However they no longer make them.
Reprogrammed ecus have daughter boards in all cases iirc. You can find them around from time to time but expect to pay a good bit for them.
You need to not post on what you don't know about. The 4644 and the 6097 are the correct plug and fit the stock plug wires no problem and work well. I just installed the new 4644 part number plugs in my brothers car and they work great. I have personally been running the 6097s in my car for...
I've done 20psi through my jt61gt without issue. I thought there was a way to use a GM map sensor if higher boost was required? Or is my mind just wandering again....
