Yes you should be able to use the S-AFC wires. Make sure the VPC is spitting the signal to the S-AFC and then to the ECU. VPC AFM out > S-AFC AFM in then S-AFC AFM out to ECU.
If the car was modded the person might have been doing a ghetto 12v mod. There aren't really any common failure points regarding the fuel pump. Trace out the wires with a wiring diagram to find the failure point (if any).
Code 51 usually is TPS. Check it's alignment first. The car will...
~20psi max, maybe a little more on special occasions. The more boost you run the less time it will last. The CT-26 just isn't well equipped to handle such a large wheel. I doubt you'll need larger then 550cc. ~400rwhp I'd guess. A lot depends on the rest of your mods and how well you can...
I bought the plain SSQV and a flange to be welded on. Painted the flange after welding, it's pretty hard to notice that it's not HKS installed.
The price on the HKS intercooler isn't for everyone.
So long as it stays at the same level once it reaches operating temp I wouldn't worry about it. I've seen the needle hover at different places on different MK3's, none with cooling issues. If you're really worried buy an aftermarket water temp gauge. The stock one is not designed to tell you...
If you're getting a code 52 the ECU will be pulling back your timing making your results unreliable. It's either that or maybe your a tooth off on the CPS.
larger then stock, but not by much. The power gains come from a better design, not from size. The HKS 3000 pipe came with it. The only thing that really dissapointed me about the kit was the fact that it's flanged for the stock BOV. As if someone will drop almost 2g retail on an IC kit and...
Check engine error codes, make sure the ECU ground in the engine bay is nice and snug, double and triple check all of the connectors in the engine bay to make sure they are snugly attached to each other, verify the plug wires and injector wires are in the correct order.
The only vacuum line the 7MGE _needs_ is the FPR, 7MGTE only needs FPR and BPV/BOV. Basically you can do the same thing with the N/A as the turbo, you just have a couple fewer lines.
