    I have a 1j atm. Aiming at about 600-650 whp low boost on pump/e85. the overall cost is going to be around $12-15k (including suspension, wheels, and brakes). @san supra. That's what I'm trying to find out. A fully built 1jz should have good gains over stock 2j. I haven't seen one done yet...

    Try grounding your coils, or beef up the igniter ground. Fixed my "ecu" problem.

    If one of your coils is bad, your vacuum press is gonna be low, also it'll idle/sound weird, but still gonna pull, mixture would be rich.
