It's really about performance. The maft pro is easier to set up initially, but I found it was harder to get really dialed in. You'll have lean spikes at tip in and you'll never really have COMPLETE control of the timing or fuel, because you are basically tricking the ecu into doing what you want...

Why would a 7mge to 7m-gte swap need a different ps pressure hose? A custom downpipe is required to bolt a 2jz to a 7m catback. You need to relocate the PS reservoir for your swap. On the transmission swap, you also need the clutch, flywheel, driveshaft, shifter, etc...

Stinger only works with the Innovate LC-1 wideband kit, or the Bosh LSM-11 sensor.

7m-ge to gte can be done with 100% of the parts taken from a single wrecking yard car or parts car and a $12 Chilton's manual from Autozone. A 2jz swap needs some more in terms of wiring, custom parts, and installation experience. 7m-gte already came from the factory in a ma70, 2jz did not.
