I've used SEM and VHT in the past w/ great results. I cleaned the pieces w/ a mild cleaner (Simple Green), scuffed them w/ green ScotchBrite pads, and cleaned again the wiped them down w/ rubbing alcohol, and then sprayed. Light coats. Looked and felt like it came from the factory that way! VHT...

89+ cars have 3-point shoulder belts in the rear seats that attach @ the c-pillar. I believe the holes are there in all year models, just not in the trim panels. I can confirm ths on my 87 when I get to the house.
