I've been wearing Puma Speed Cats for about 5 years or so. They're pretty comfortable and have thin soles.

I've had two w58 transmissions- one from a pre 89 Supra, and one from an 89-92 model. I can't remember which came from which, but one had a cast iron center, other had an aluminum center.

They're the same. The only ones that won't fit are from a '92 car (or some time in '92) when they switched to the square style knock sensor connectors.

Meh. Cool swap, but there are other routes I'd go before 1jz. LSx comes to mind, or turbo a good used s50. I'd do either of those before a 1jz swap. OP- are you on BF.c?

UUC has gone seriously downhill. I have personally had their transmission mounts tear right in half. I've got pics, but they're on my home PC. I've also got their poly rear trailing arm bushings (RTABs for you Bimmer guys) and while they're still ok, I think they're too stiff to properly allow...
