    O/D light blinking?

    It doesnt blink like its throwing a code, you know, like the typical X amount of blinks, short pause, another X amount then long pause. This is just a constant blink, on off on off on off(and only in O/D), never changes speed or time.... How do I check tranny codes?

    Never really had my supra at high speeds since i got it but i recently took it ont he highway and when I put it in O/D the O/D light blinks constantly. The torque convertor feels like its having a really hard time locking and releasing because it will studder alot when I push the gas pedal down...

    Oh thank God! I thought some melted plastic got into sumthin really bad at first. This makes me happier... Although I still have to find a way to fix my melted intake....

    There is a threaded hole on the head just above the exhaust port of cylinder #4. I thought it was just a dead hole but the new motor had a plastic plug in the hole and uhhh....it kinda melted(shit I hope that wasnt a dumb move!) Anyone know what this goes to? Thanks much again! -Gary

    Since I bought my car the fuel gauge has been stuck at the full mark as high as the needle goes. My fuel light still turns on when its low on gas but its getting annoying looking down and finding it on, and freaking out about how long its actually been on.     Got the timing fixed for what I think... The car only runs as smooth as it will when the distributor is turned as far CCW as possible.     Nah the clutch on it was worn out cuz it wouldnt ever release fully. I think it locked up for a second and spun it too fast causing the blades to exceed terminal velocity hahaha. Need some help on a new fan tho QUICK! No parts stores can order me one....

    So I found out the problem with the studdering... Strange that it decided to act up at that point in time, but the timing was way off i guess because i twisted my distributor all the way to one direction and it idled way smooth... Dont know why it didnt do this from the start... I going to try...

    Well yesterday i changed the oil, fuel filter(just had a new one lying around), and put a can of Sea Foam in the gas tank and it seems to be running a bit better, the studder is about half as harsh now... Hmmm

    Air-Air or Air to water??

    i would think air to water would be best for track use since you could load the resevoir up with ice and stuff like that, but for day to day street use, air to air is probly best since that water is going to get warm pretty fast where as on a cool summer night the air will always be cold.

    There is a threaded hole in the block between the oil filter and the oil pressure sensor which i think is the oil feed hole for the turbo but im not sure cuz my GTE is NA at the moment. Ive been the to hardware store 5 times checking out different threaded plugs to plug it for now but i cant...
