What is this hole to/for?!

There is a threaded hole on the head just above the exhaust port of cylinder #4. I thought it was just a dead hole but the new motor had a plastic plug in the hole and uhhh....it kinda melted(shit I hope that wasnt a dumb move!) Anyone know what this goes to? Thanks much again!

is that the hole that usually has bracket that bolts to the head and turbo. to help support the turbo?

Oh thank God! I thought some melted plastic got into sumthin really bad at first. This makes me happier... Although I still have to find a way to fix my melted intake....
