Things like this terrify me. I'm a very careful driver and would never put my supra in danger, but some things just simply are not your fault. I hope my supra doesn't go like that one. just sad.

as for method I just sanded off alot of the old paint cuz it was crappy. it had been painted before so I tried to get down to the original paint. then wet sanded with 600 grit to...

haha ya me too. its killing me I want to sand it but supposedly the paint isn't actually dry for like 30 days so you're not supposed to wash it. I assume that means you're not supposed to attack it with sand paper and warm soapy water either.
UPDATE!!
sanding the clear coat takes forever. I'm not quite sure when I'll get the whole thing done but I was able to tackle the roof this weekend. teaser pic from my cell phone. more to come.
